SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE for orders $150 and over before taxes within Canada.
Items are processed and shipped out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received.
Local pickup is available only in Calgary AB.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided via email when the label is created usually within 1-2 days or sooner. Items will then be shipped from our warehouse in Calgary, AB after shipping label is created.
Please note that shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and during special 'Sale' events due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Diadem Diva LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact your local postal agency. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to your local postal agency.
International Shipping
We offer International Shipping through various carriers. All international orders take 24-48 hours for processing before they are shipped. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 7- 20 business days or less from the order date. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated). Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.
Please note: Diadem Diva is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact your countries’ postal service to inquire. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Diadem Diva LLC and cannot be refunded or resent.
Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 3pm Mountain Standard Time will not ship until the following Monday.
Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your location.

REFUND POLICY
Don’t love your purchase from us? Not to worry, you have 7 days from
your delivery date to return for a store credit. Items should only be
returned if unworn and in its original condition otherwise we will not be able to process a store credit.
Refunds and exchanges are not available. Store credits are issued which can be used for another order.
Return fee is covered by the customer.
Sale items, shoes, accessories, bodysuits & swimwear are all final Sale
and may not be returned under any circumstances – these are yours to
keep!

Return FAQs
How long after receiving my order can I make a return?
You have up to 7 days to return your order after the day it was delivered. If
you return your order after the 7 day time period, it will not be accepted.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item,
we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us and using your store credit to place a new order.
Can I get a refund?
We currently do not offer refunds for unwanted orders. You will, however,
receive a store credit via e-mail that you can use at any point to make another purchase!
Have you received my return?
Please allow up to 10 business days for your items to be returned back to us.

Here are a few tips to assist you in having a most enjoyable shopping experience with us.

2. Think about alterations for a perfect fit and length. If you are top heavy, get the bottom taken in. If you are bottom heavy, get the top part taken in. Alterations help give you that tailored look just for you.
3. Have your outfit ironed and/or steamed.
4. Go up a size if you don't like body-fitted fits. Some outfits are form-fitted.
